Why I Don't Offer Regular Readings: As a medium, I don't believe in providing frequent sessions because I don't want anyone to become reliant on spirit for everyday decision-making in their lives.

Will I Receive a Refund If You Don't Connect With a Loved One?
I deeply believe that we receive exactly what we need, when we need it most. Sometimes during a meeting, your specific loved one may not come through, and there can be many beautiful reasons for this:
- I may not be the right medium to facilitate their connection
- They may be sending their love through other signs in your daily life
- The timing simply isn't aligned for their message
Please know this never means they've stopped loving you or aren't still with you.
Stay Open to Unexpected Visitors Occasionally, a different spirit may step forward—perhaps someone you weren't expecting or weren't particularly close to. I encourage you to remain open-minded, as they often carry the most important messages you need to hear at that moment.
My Commitment to You If I genuinely receive no spiritual communication during our meeting—meaning my connection remains completely quiet—I will be completely honest with you. In these extremely rare instances, I provide a full refund.
However, I trust that Spirit guides our connections perfectly. I believe I'm only brought together with clients who truly need my help, which is why empty sessions are so uncommon. The universe has a beautiful way of ensuring the right people find each other at exactly the right time.

May I Please Have A Copy Of The Recording From Our Session?
Absolutely! I always provide a copy of your session recording within 24-48 hours of our meeting.
How You'll Receive Your Recording:

- If you'd prefer a different email address, just let me know during our session
- No additional cost - this is included with your meeting

If I Don't Consent To Recording, Can My Session Still Proceed?
Absolutely! Recording is completely optional and your session will proceed regardless of your choice.

- Full consent: Recording + permission to share for marketing/educational purposes
- Recording only: Session recorded for your personal copy, no sharing
- No recording: Session proceeds without any recording

Everyone's Comfort Level is Different: I completely understand that people have varying comfort levels with recording and social media sharing. What happens if I'm running late for my meeting?
Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled meeting, the session cannot go ahead and a refund will not be given.
Why This Policy Exists:
Mediumship sessions require proper preparation, sacred space, and specific timing. Late arrivals disrupt the spiritual connection and affect other clients who have scheduled appointments that must be honoured.
To Ensure You're On Time:
- Join the Zoom call 5 minutes early
- Test your internet connection beforehand
- Set a reminder for 15 minutes before your appointment
- Have the Zoom link ready and accessible
Running Late?
