Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change. My cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing me to manage my bookings effectively.
Refund Structure:
- 14+ days before your appointment: Full refund available
- 48 hours to 14 days before your appointment: 50% refund available
- Less than 48 hours before your appointment: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided
How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email jennadavis@nextjenmedium.co.uk and include your booking reference number.
Refund Timeline: Once your cancellation is processed, please allow 3-10 working days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled meeting or event at the confirmed date and time, no refund will be given. We understand that circumstances change, so please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
