Your Zoom Meeting Details

Once your booking is confirmed, you will automatically receive a Zoom meeting link via email.

Important Instructions:

• Keep your Zoom link secure
• treat it as you would any private meeting information
• Join 10 minutes early
• this allows time to resolve any technical or connection issues
• Test your connection
• ensure your camera and microphone are working properly
• Find a quiet, private space
• this helps create the best environment for your spiritual connection

Technical Support: If you experience any difficulties accessing the meeting or have connection problems, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Important: Recording and Consent Information 

Please note that all sessions may be recorded, subject to your consent form submission.

Your Choices:

• Recording is completely optional
• Social media sharing is completely optional
• You can choose recording without sharing
• You can opt out of both entirely

Consent Form Deadline: Please submit your completed consent forms at least 72 hours before your scheduled session time. This allows me to properly prepare and respect your preferences.

Why the 72-Hour Notice: This advance notice ensures I have adequate time to review your preferences and set up the session according to your wishes, whether that includes recording, sharing permissions, or neither.

Late Submissions: If consent forms are submitted less than 72 hours before your appointment, please contact me directly to confirm your preferences and ensure we can accommodate your choices.

Your comfort and privacy are my top priorities.

A link to the consent form will be sent directly to the email address used to make your booking.

What to Expect:

You'll receive the consent form link via email shortly after booking (usually within 48 hours) if you do not receive this email please contact me on jennadavis@nextjenmedium.co.uk

Important: Punctuality Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled meeting.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for our meeting, unfortunately the session cannot go ahead and a refund will not be given.

Why This Policy Matters:

• Mediumship sessions require proper preparation and sacred space
• Late starts disrupt the spiritual connection and energy
• Other clients have scheduled appointments that must be honoured
• Spirit communication works best within the designated time frame

To Ensure You Don't Miss Your Session:

• Join the Zoom call 5 minutes early

• Set a reminder for 15 minutes before your appointment
• Have the Zoom link ready and accessible

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made with reasonable notice can be rescheduled for another time
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded
• I understand that emergencies happen - please communicate with me and we'll work something out
