About Mediumship

Mediumship does not come with guarantees — every experience is unique and spirit communication works in its own way and cannot be predicted. While I will always give my very best, there are occasions where a connection may not come through as clearly as hoped, or the messages received may not immediately resonate with you. This does not mean you are not loved or remembered — it may simply mean that this is not the right time, or that I am not the right medium to bring your messages forward at this moment. Please come with an open heart and an open mind.

📅 How Your Session Works

Once your booking is confirmed, you will automatically receive a Zoom meeting link via email.

• Join 5–10 minutes early to resolve any technical issues
• Test your camera and microphone beforehand
• Find a quiet, private space for the best spiritual connection
• Keep your Zoom link secure and private

📋 Consent Form (Required)

All sessions may be recorded subject to your consent. This is completely optional and you have full control:

• Recording is optional
• Social media sharing is optional
• You can choose recording without sharing
• You can opt out of both entirely

Please submit your consent form at least 72 hours before your session. You'll receive the form link via email within 48 hours of booking. Check your spam folder if you don't see it, or contact me to have it resent.

Please subscribe to emails when booking to receive your mandatory consent form.

⏰ Punctuality & Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session cannot proceed and refunds will not be given.

Why this matters: Mediumship sessions require proper preparation and sacred space. Late starts disrupt the spiritual connection, and I have other clients with scheduled appointments that must be honoured.

To ensure you don't miss your session:

• Join the Zoom call 5 minutes early
• Test your internet connection beforehand
• Set a reminder for 15 minutes before your session
• Have your Zoom link ready and accessible

Cancellation terms:

• Cancellations with reasonable notice can be rescheduled
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded
• Emergencies happen — please communicate with me and we'll work something out
