A Haunting Halloween Night: Spirit Communication at the Old Church Ruins
This Halloween was truly extraordinary. I returned to a location that holds a special place in my investigative journey – the old church ruins where I've conducted previous investigations. But this time, something remarkable happened that I'll never forget.
The Team
I had the pleasure of investigating alongside some wonderful people. My new friend Donna who I had the pleasure of meeting on this investigation, and together we experienced something incredible. We were also accompanied by Ron Bowers, who I can only describe as a legend in the paranormal photography world. Ron is my photo friend, and his ability to capture real, genuine photos of spirit energy is simply amazing. His dedication and skill never cease to inspire me.
The Investigation
As Donna and I explored the ruins, we began using Ron's EMF detector to attempt communication with any spirits present. The atmosphere was electric – there's something about Halloween night that seems to thin the veil between our world and the next.
Our patience and persistence paid off. Donna and I successfully made contact with a spirit through EMF communication. The responses we received were clear and deliberate, creating a genuine connection that sent shivers down our spines.
The Incredible Capture
While Donna and I were engaged in this spirit communication, Ron was doing what he does best – documenting the investigation through his lens. And he captured something absolutely amazing. The photo he took during our EMF session with the spirit is truly remarkable – genuine evidence of the spirit energy we were communicating with.
The second picture is the same image but using solarization, a photographic effect where the tones of an image are partially reversed, creating a mix of positive and negative qualities. This technique converts warm light to be dark, revealing details that might not be visible in the original photograph
This is why I have such immense respect for Ron. His ability to be in the right place at the right moment, with the right settings and awareness, is what separates a good paranormal photographer from a great one. He's a true legend in my eyes.

Reflections
Returning to the old church ruins on Halloween night proved to be one of my most memorable investigations. The combination of a familiar location, wonderful team members, successful spirit communication, and incredible photographic evidence made this an investigation I'll treasure forever.
