Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

• 14 days or more before your appointment: Full refund available
• 48 hours to 14 days before your appointment: 50% refund available
• Less than 48 hours before your appointment: No refund available

Refund processing: It can take between 3-10 working days for a refund to return to you depending on the bank you bank with.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled meeting or event at the confirmed date and time, no refund will be given. We understand that circumstances change, so please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
